that 5-a-day thing is rubbish. I had 5 portions of fruit cobbler yesterday and I feel like crap this morning.
Funny, I just had a rhubarb and ginger crumble and I feel great.
so it seems best to limit your fruit intake to ONE portion a day…
So that would be a load of cobblers, then.
